Due to the sensitive nature of medicinal products, our policy is designed to ensure the safety and efficacy of the medicines for all our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our courier partner. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

In compliance with health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of medicines once they have been delivered, except in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Packaging: The product seal is broken or the bottle is leaking upon delivery.
  • Expired Products: The medicine delivered has passed its “Best Before” or “Expiry” date.
  • Incorrect Item: The item delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation.

Note: We cannot accept returns based on a change of mind, taste, or because a user “no longer requires” the medicine after delivery.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under the conditions above:

  1. You must report the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  2. Please email support@remedieshouse.com with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • Replacements: We will ship a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be asked to provide bank details for a direct transfer.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The damage is caused by improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • The request is made after the 48-hour reporting window.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is required due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Shree Ganesh Homoeo Hall  will bear all shipping costs for the return and redelivery.
